The Domestic Violence division at ABH provides high quality treatment with an emphasis on accountability and education. The 12-month treatment program focuses on examining old habits and values while learning new skills that lead to balanced and non-violent relationships. Being caught in a cycle of violence in a power-and-control-based relationship causes a great deal of unhappiness, pain and destruction in the lives of both the victim and the perpetrator of the violence.
